Specialty Grade Coffee Rooted in Faith
His mercies are new every morning — so is your coffee.
We source specialty-grade single-origin coffees from farms in Bali, Colombia, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Mexico, and offer signature blends roasted for the faithful — Watchfire, Steadfast, and Sabbath.
Every bag ships fresh, roasted on demand.
We partner with churches, coffee shops, and organizations across Florida and beyond through our wholesale program. If your community runs on coffee, we'd love to be your roaster.
Based in Tampa, Florida. Anchored in Lamentations 3:22–23.

Coffee Worth Trusting
Every bag of New Mercies Coffee is specialty grade — the highest quality standard in the industry, not just a marketing label. We select our coffees based on how they actually taste: balanced, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable cup after cup. Consistency matters to us, so the flavor you fall in love with today will be there waiting for you next time. And because transparency is part of who we are, every coffee we offer is ethically sourced with a clear focus on origin and quality. As members of a roasters collective, we source, profile, and roast with intention — so you can drink with confidence.

Why Churches Are the Best Coffee Partners (And How to Get Started)
Churches run on community, conversation, and connection — and coffee fuels all three. Here's why a wholesale coffee partnership might be the most natural decision your church makes this year.
Common Questions
What is specialty coffee, and why does it matter?
Specialty coffee refers to beans that have been scored 80 points or above on a 100-point scale by certified Q Graders — professional tasters trained to evaluate quality based on aroma, flavor, acidity, body, and aftertaste. In practical terms, it means the coffee in your cup was grown with care, harvested at peak ripeness, processed with precision, and handled thoughtfully every step of the way from farm to roaster.
Most coffee sold commercially — think grocery store cans and fast food cups — is commodity-grade, prioritizing volume and consistency over flavor. Specialty coffee takes the opposite approach. It celebrates what makes each origin, farm, and harvest unique.
At New Mercies Coffee Co., we source specialty-grade beans because we believe what you start your morning with matters. When you sit down for that first cup — whether it's a quiet moment with Scripture or a conversation around the kitchen table — it should taste like it was made with intention. Because it was.
What makes New Mercies Coffee Co. different from other coffee brands?
We are a member of a roasters collective, and as a collective we source, profile, and roast our coffee. New Mercies Coffee Co. isn't just a coffee brand — it's a ministry in a cup. Every bag is rooted in faith, community, and the belief that mornings are sacred. We source specialty-grade beans and craft each roast with intention, so whether you're opening your day in quiet prayer or sharing a pot with others, you're drinking something made with purpose.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for churches, cafes, and businesses?
Yes! Wholesale partnerships are at the heart of what we do. We work with churches, boutiques, cafes, and organizations to provide specialty coffee that reflects your values and serves your community well. Reach out through our wholesale inquiry form to learn about pricing tiers, minimum order quantities, and how we can make it easy for your team to get started.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
For the best cup, store your coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight in an airtight container. Whole beans stay freshest longest, so we recommend grinding just before brewing when possible. Once opened, aim to use your coffee within 2–4 weeks for peak flavor. Our resealable bags are designed to help preserve freshness between uses.
