Our Mushroom Coffee starts with a specialty-grade washed coffee from the highlands of Cerro Azul, Honduras — grown by the farmers of Coop Cafetalera Siguatepeque Limitada at 1,200 to 1,600 meters, where cool mountain air and volcanic soils coax out notes of apple, dark chocolate, and warm nuts. It's a naturally smooth, full-bodied cup on its own. Then we added something more.

Three mushrooms, each with centuries of use across traditional cultures around the world, woven into every bag:

Lion's Mane has long been prized in food traditions for its distinctive character and its association with clarity and focused presence — the kind of mental sharpness that makes a quiet morning feel intentional.

Cordyceps has been valued for generations in traditional practice for supporting stamina and vitality — an undercurrent of energy that sustains rather than spikes.
