Return & Refund Policy

Because our coffee is roasted fresh and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of coffee products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at newmerciescoffee@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

If the error was on our end, we will replace the item at no cost to you.

Shipping Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it was damaged in transit, please contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Replacements or refunds are not guaranteed but may be offered at our discretion.

Incorrect Address or Order Information

Please ensure all shipping details and product selections are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

Returns

For food safety reasons, coffee cannot be returned. Any returned coffee will be discarded and is not eligible for a refund.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
